FELANITX is located in the southeast of Majorca, at 50 kms from Palma.
An ancient wine town, resumes its wine production by a large number of bodegas offering internationally recognised, high quality wines.

The exceptional enclave of Felanitx offers diverse landscapes where to enjoy practising sports in open nature, walking, cycling, watersports, golf… as well as some very well-kept municipal sports facilities.
In the township there are historical evidences from the primitive tribes who lived on the island about 2000 BC, vestiges of the Talaiot Culture, the Carthaginian, of the Roman and Moorish period, the Catalan Reconquest in the 13th century... up to now.
In Felanitx we find a large number of monuments classified as Heritage of Cultural Interest. Those most representative of the district are the Sant Salvador monastery, located on the district’s highest site (509 mts) and the Castillo de Santueri, one of the three castles built on rock which are still preserved in Majorca.
An obliged visit in Felanitx is to Sa Fundació Cosme Bauçà, a museum and library which gathers and teaches the district's history.
INTERIOR
In the interior there are S'Horta, Ca's Concos, Es Carritxó, Son Negre, Son Valls, Son Mesquida and Son Prohens. The district of Felanitx has got a very active country life, where many country hotels and farm homes welcome you to enjoy the country side.
COAST
Portocolom, a lovely seaboard town which has kept its intact look during time. It's the largest natural harbour of Majorca. Thanks to its location it offers quiet coves with crystal clear water.
Cala Ferrera, a quiet, modern urbanization, ideal for family tourism. Both places offer modern hotels, apartments and holiday homes.
